I need to buy a new bowl. I think part of what makes riding so much fun is finding a secluded place to rest and take in all that nature. A three mile session takes about twenty - thirty minutes, less if you go downhill a lot. I was out for almost an hour and part of that included laying down on the grass under a tree.
It’s weird to have so much free time…
Time to start losing my stress weight.
These past three - six months I’ve eaten less than I ever have due to lack of time & yet…I gained like ten - fifteen pounds.
I missed biking.

Tomorrow marks the end of a journey that I began taking when I was just eighteen. Wellp… it’s the end of an era, my external back-up is at the brink of death. I actually have Mackey to thank for all of this. If it wasn’t for him coming over and wanting some music, I wouldn’t have realized that the drive was getting close to total crash mode. I bought a new 1.5 TB external and although I have to unplug and plug in my old HD to get the data out, it...
